HSI Donesafe vs Qualcy QMS: Which is a better fit?

I love the user accessibility and ease of use of the systems. We use multiple systems so I also love the integration between them.

There is a lot to look at on the one screen can get confusing.

An OSH system that is cloud based, incase anything happens to our hard copy version. Lots of fast, friendly assistance (and news + updates) Great service, great product, great people.

Poor user interface-not intuitive at all. Our staff had to write large user manuals to explain the arcane steps required for simple operations.

Additionally provides us opportunity to be pro-active about not repeating the compliance issues thanks to Donesafe's strong analyzing tools.

Sometimes gets a bug and some of the tabs go missing.

The product is very easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding. Has taken our safety tracking to another level.

Mobile App is very basic. No manual or training provided from Donesafe for development.

The training support was very good. Qualcy support people are friendly and nice to work with.

We are working on the Risk Management to comply with 14971. Also templates took a little longer to learn and implement for requirements.

One of the standout aspects of Qualcy QMS is its superior customer support. The support team went above and beyond to ensure that we had a successful implementation.

We are working through a few issues, but no deal breakers and I would recommend this software to other medical device companies as long as the risk management is updated for compliance.

Qualcy provides a great platform for our start up company to build our Quality System in a step by step, easy to use format. The support for implementation was timely and thorough.

Sanjay was a huge help in getting us setup and modifying the modules to fit our organization. It is very easy to maintain once you get all your modules set up.
