Dataddo vs Lobster_data: Which is a better fit?

Really great experience overall - any issues I've had their customer service team has been prompt at helping, the UX is easy to learn and intuitive and the data integration options are rather robust.

The only way we can cancel is by disputing the charges and placing a block. Unethical practices that result in me highly discouraging anyone considering this solution.

The product was super easy to start with and saved us a ton of internal effort. It's breadth of supported sources allowed us to use single platform for our heterogeneous environment.

There can be some duplication in costings when pulling the same source of data which I have found is ineffective, but this is a small bug to bear.

I like the agility of the offering from Dataddo as well as the competitive pricing compared to other players on the market.

Dataddo does NOT provide any functionality or customer supposed to cancel subscriptions. Our accounting team sent three cancelation requests via email and voicemails - all have been promptly ignored.

We appreciate especially fast help from Dataddo support when we need to change anything in the configuration.

I had to contact support to add custom fields, but they were quick to respond so it was no big deal.

From my experience, the absolutely best feature about Lobster _data is how reliable it is and, equally important, that it has had me covered for most of the EDI integration projects.

No real areas that we feel we don't like or is difficult to use.

Icing on the cake was the fantastic software support, which in 100% of cases was approachable, professional and effective.

The 10 profiles max limitation, the next tier is vastly more expencive.

Lobster_data is easy to implement. It offers a truly outstanding connection and integration with SQL server at all levels.

It is a minor issue but something frustrating nevertheless.

Lobster Data is a great tool and easy to use, the team at Lobster are also very supportive with any questions or issues and the scalability of Lobster is also very flexible.
