For small and medium-sized businesses on Google Workspace looking for a CRM that automates repetitive tasks and integrates with the tools they already use, such as Gmail, Mailchimp, and Slack.
People focused small businesses who need a simple, easy to set up CRM that everyone will use to track leads and manage follow ups.
An excellent tool to optimize opportunity management and strengthen customer relationships.
When I contact customer service, they said that per their policy, not only was that charge valid, but that I would be charged AGAIN next month before charges stopped.
I love that it syncs to our G-Suite environment. Having all of that information on a record is truly helpful to gain insight on our relationship with a customer.
TERRIBLE customer service. DECEPTIVE cancellation policy.
I'm very very glad Google pushed ProsperWorks when signing up for Google Business Apps. The seamless integration with Gmail is amazing.
We wanted email tracking. While Copper offers rudimentary and amateurish tracking, they have completely abandoned the feature, despite continuing to describe it on their site.
Great functionality right out of the box, easy to customize, great reporting functionality, excellent Chrome extension, seamless integration with Gmail.
When I asked about a refund for the past 10 months, they said that I should have cancelled and when I said that I did, they said prove it.
Highrise is a great tool with good logging of history and a user-friendly and clean interface.
It used to interface with gmail but has now stopped that and will no longer receive upgrades, which is a shame.
How easy it is to enter information and tag it. Pulling reports is super awesome and easy as well.
Countless controls and functions and sections and definitions and miserable standard of support meant it was shelved within a few months.
I love the Highrise offers a clean user interface with great functionality made easy to use by everyone on a team, regardless of their comfort level with technology.
The search option is weak, needs work - results are difficult to read and undrestnd.
I love the tasks - that's how I keep up with contacts and reminders to myself. I really like the custom fields which help you to customize information for your organization and team.
They can be tagged however you imagine. The problem is that it takes a lot of time at the end of the day/week/month/cycle to go through and categorize them.
Jo B.: Hi, I'm Jo. I'm the CEO of a tech company. My rating for Copper is four out of five stars, and you can click below for more reviews. Before Copper, my company was actually using Freshdesk to manage its CRM, but we just didn't find that it was really so user friendly, and we wanted to see what else was on the market. And then we found Copper, and that integrates with Gmail. And that just absolutely was so much better than the system that we were using before. The main reason we chose Copper was the seamless Gmail integration. It really just means that there's so much less admin, and there's a real certainty for the team that everything has been updated. So, that for us was the major ticket item. We also really liked the user interface. We find it very intuitive. When we did the testing, very quickly the whole team was able to understand the system and navigate around it. So, that was also a big plus for us. Because we're a tech company, we also wanted to integrate Copper into our own software and how our clients were logging in. And so we were able to link with Zapier, and the fact that we could set that up in a really smooth way was also very important for us. Our team found getting started with Copper really, really simple. We just exported all of our contacts and all of the data that we had in our previous CRM, put it into the Copper templates, and uploaded it all. So, we were up and running within an hour or so. It was also great because our team didn't need any training. They found the system very intuitive, and before long, we had people setting up templates, creating custom fields, and we'd really customized the whole system to fit exactly for our business. If someone was looking for a CRM and they were considering Copper, I would definitely say you should give it a go. I think the way that it can integrate with other tools, for us with the G suite and with Gmail, but also the fact that we've managed to integrate it with our software as a service subscription system and our own app has really made it just completely essential in our company. And I would highly recommend giving it a go, and checking out how easy it is to use as a user tool.
Puneet R.: My name is Puneet. I'm a senior project manager. My rating for Highrise would be two, and for more details on review, click below. I use Highrise on a day-to-day basis to ensure all my email correspondence, all communication with all my customers were kept intact, so that's one of the primary reasons we used Highrise for which is capturing daily conversations and any updates that we had. One thing that I really liked about Highrise is that it was easy to use. It was a very intuitive and all I had to do was just include the email address that I had of Highrise to all the emails I was sending out and that, I thought, was a good feature. The things I did not like about Highrise was its lack of integration with other application and also it took me a while to export the custom list if I wanted a printout for something which was not included in the standard template.
