Small and medium-sized businesses on Google Workspace looking for an easy to use CRM that automates repetitive tasks and integrates with the tools they already use (like Gmail, Mailchimp, and Slack).
Designed for B2B organisations ranging from 50-8,000 employees. We cater to B2B organisations in USA, APAC, Middle East and Europe, including the UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, France, Italy and Spain.
An excellent tool to optimize opportunity management and strengthen customer relationships.
When I contact customer service, they said that per their policy, not only was that charge valid, but that I would be charged AGAIN next month before charges stopped.
I love that it syncs to our G-Suite environment. Having all of that information on a record is truly helpful to gain insight on our relationship with a customer.
TERRIBLE customer service. DECEPTIVE cancellation policy.
I'm very very glad Google pushed ProsperWorks when signing up for Google Business Apps. The seamless integration with Gmail is amazing.
We wanted email tracking. While Copper offers rudimentary and amateurish tracking, they have completely abandoned the feature, despite continuing to describe it on their site.
Great functionality right out of the box, easy to customize, great reporting functionality, excellent Chrome extension, seamless integration with Gmail.
When I asked about a refund for the past 10 months, they said that I should have cancelled and when I said that I did, they said prove it.
You can add details & links for for the opportunity. Colleagues have said how much they appreciate the extra information and save how much research time having this all in one location has saved them.
I am not big enough for this to worry SugarCRM in any way. The CEO sent me a email that he was concerned about our experience and that I should contact him, I did but never got an answer.
It helps to track customers and is very user friendly. It helps our business development and growth team work on leads for business.
Interface can be too busy. Error messages can be cryptic or it is not obvious where the problem lies.
We are a smaller company (15 users), and do not have a " Sugar champion" other than the president. Reporting module is easy to use, the mobile app is (now) pretty good.
There are a lot of downsides to sugar. We had corruption issues each time we upgraded, dashboards are extremely limited, and you cannot push out dashboards to users.
I like the effective features of SugarCRM. SugarCRM has been a brilliant and reliable CRM solution.
It was very very slow when running through Sugar's own servers. We had to pay a 3rd party to host this elsewhere which was lame because we were not managing very many people of leads.
Jo B.: Hi, I'm Jo. I'm the CEO of a tech company. My rating for Copper is four out of five stars, and you can click below for more reviews. Before Copper, my company was actually using Freshdesk to manage its CRM, but we just didn't find that it was really so user friendly, and we wanted to see what else was on the market. And then we found Copper, and that integrates with Gmail. And that just absolutely was so much better than the system that we were using before. The main reason we chose Copper was the seamless Gmail integration. It really just means that there's so much less admin, and there's a real certainty for the team that everything has been updated. So, that for us was the major ticket item. We also really liked the user interface. We find it very intuitive. When we did the testing, very quickly the whole team was able to understand the system and navigate around it. So, that was also a big plus for us. Because we're a tech company, we also wanted to integrate Copper into our own software and how our clients were logging in. And so we were able to link with Zapier, and the fact that we could set that up in a really smooth way was also very important for us. Our team found getting started with Copper really, really simple. We just exported all of our contacts and all of the data that we had in our previous CRM, put it into the Copper templates, and uploaded it all. So, we were up and running within an hour or so. It was also great because our team didn't need any training. They found the system very intuitive, and before long, we had people setting up templates, creating custom fields, and we'd really customized the whole system to fit exactly for our business. If someone was looking for a CRM and they were considering Copper, I would definitely say you should give it a go. I think the way that it can integrate with other tools, for us with the G suite and with Gmail, but also the fact that we've managed to integrate it with our software as a service subscription system and our own app has really made it just completely essential in our company. And I would highly recommend giving it a go, and checking out how easy it is to use as a user tool.
Shanie: So my name is Shanie and my job title is CEO. I manage multiple companies, Elevation Global Group, Legacy Consulting Firm, and Shanie Salmon Enterprise. And my companies are in media, transportation and entrepreneur academy. And I rate SugarCRM five out of five stars. I tried so many CRMs to the point where I even forget some of the names. But the one that I was using before I migrated was HubSpot. And one of the reasons why I switched was the collaboration. As I grew my team and got in different industries, it was very difficult to manage. And aesthetically, I'm visual. I have to see it in a way that's easy for me to follow and for me to use the software. And it was just so much just black and white. It was not as user-friendly for me using HubSpot. So that's why I switched over to Sugar. It was the ... Not missing anything, the analytics report. And analytics for me is not something that was easy to understand or even follow. I tried Google Analytics and this analytics, that analytics. But they make it so easy for you to track the life cycle of your leads and your contacts and the marketing piece, the sales piece. And I've used Salesforce before in my career before I started my own business, and I really liked it. So Salesforce by itself is a little pricey. But with Sugar, they have a similar feel of using Salesforce. So it was just the overall all-in-one software that you can manage your entire company, as well as you grow your team, they can also be a part of the customer's journey along with you in that software. It wasn't difficult. If you're not someone that's tech-savvy, you'll be fine. Of course, you do want to take the time to look through all the features and see how your company's going to use the software. So it was easy-ish. It wasn't completely easy, but it wasn't difficult. It's a matter of knowing what your company need before actually diving into the software. And once you have a plan, "I'm going to use it for marketing", whatever it is. Once you have that down pack, then onboarding is easy. It's the figuring it out as you go, with what's this, what make it hard. I would use SugarCRM. But first, Sugar don't have a free version. They don't. So I would have a plan for what is it that I want from my business and how am I going to use that CRM to make my workflow better, to scale my business to the next level, and then I will make the investment. But if you are brand new, never used a CRM before, check it out. Go on their website, do the demos. They do have demos. And see how it is that you can implement it into your business. And it is worth the investment. And you can scale your business with the right software. And sugar is definitely one of those softwares that you can use that to scale your business to the next level.
