Patriot Accounting vs Veryfi Receipts OCR & Expenses: Which is a better fit?

I love the name, and love that it can produce my payroll easily. Every interaction with one of your employees has been successful and satisfactory.

Then I found out the fees charged by my bank and decided against using that feature.

Ease of set up, ease of use, and when customer service is needed, they are always easy to understand and have been amazing.

If you have accrued liabilities, They use "modified cash basis" which it also odd vs. Cash Basis. No Statement available to send out to customers.

Compared to some of the bigger names out there in the accounting world, Patriot does it all at an amazing price point, with a super easy interface, and excellent customer support.

Having to run payroll 5 days before is frustrating.

It's ease of use has been amazing. It does everything that a small business owner like myself would need.

Adjusting to a new style of format is my problem not patriots.

I love how simple it is to set up and use. It makes my business expense tracking really simple and straightforward and easy and that's pretty wonderful.

The app looks a little ugly. Maybe that's just the nature of boring accounting software but it's a minor quibble.

I love this software, it is fantastic with keeping up with receipts, the software pulls most if not all of the information off the receipt automatically, which is a great feature.

I struggled, and I am still struggling to connect this app with my Sage Cloud Accounting Solution.

It's easy to use and very effective. I had some issues with my subscription and the customer care has been very helpful.

I had tried using my bank app's receipt organizer and it was full of problems.

I also love that this works with QuickBooks. How awesome it is to give a report to my CPA from my phone.
