Churches of all sizes
Attendance Now is a church attendance app that makes tracking attendance easy. Attendance Now also offers guest check-in, automated guest followup, texts, emails, reminders, and custom data tracking.
RockRMS also has a great community of churches who are helping each other with implementation and best practices. Cons: Rock can have a high learning curve for non-techie admins.
I once got locked out of the system and the recovery process was confusing.
Flexible and Powerful, but also easy to use with great documentation and a great community of support.
A bit hard to get up and running if you have no technical expertise.
The community forums are a great resource for users to get their questions discussed and answered. Finally, the documentation that Spark has provided (and continues to create/update) is fantastic.
I have had no difficulties in finding solutions to my needs.
We are thrilled with the flexibility of Rock. We have complete access to all our data so any report we want can be generated.
There is still a learning curve with Rock, and probably a few too many data fields (that can cause confusion at times).
This product has been a great solution for us at a very reasonable cost. The support team is absolutely the best and we are very happy with the response time and flexibility.
I really do not have anything that is negative that I have experienced.
The experience has been great and the tech team has been wonderful to work with to meet all the needs of our church.
As a home missions Chruch there is no lack of things to do on a Sunday morning. Now attendance tracking is not as time comsuming and reports are ready on demand.
The program is very affordable and easy to use. It is the best value for smaller churches of under 250 members.
I was hesitant at first because we were switching from a paper tracking attendance to digital, especially with a senior adult congregation.
We have so much information now and it couldn’t be easier to use. Customer support us excellent and they continue to add features that are extremely useful.
Sometimes, if I haven't used a particular feature often, I forget how to use it. Maybe I didn't spell a name right when I recorded it the first time and want to update the spelling.
Paul T: Hi, my name's Paul. I'm the IT systems administrator here at my company, and I would give Rock RMS five stars. For more ratings like this, please click below. So before moving to Rock RMS, we used a product called Arena for several years. And even previous to that, we used another product called Shelby Systems. Shelby V5 specifically. We chose Rock RMS for several reasons. It was developed by the same group that had developed the Arena platform, and we saw basically for us what looked like Arena 2.0, and it took advantage of a lot of different features that we did not currently have. It was web based, it used Microsoft .NET, and the price was right for us. The pricing model was different than what we had paid for previously. And we've also been able to develop and take the platform beyond just the out of the box product. So the onboarding process for Rock was very simple. It was almost as simple as just running an executable and getting it installed. That was part of the process. The bigger process for us, as we use Azure as the platform, and we were unfamiliar with Azure, and getting the Azure part set up was a little bit more complicated. However, the steps provided by the Rock construction manuals, while very long, are very detailed and very thorough, and even someone with very little to no experience can go through the steps and get it configured. If you are looking at Rock RMS, I think you should go ahead and implement it. It's an amazing product. The price model will probably work for your organization regardless of your size, large or small. The community around Rock is amazing, something I've never seen before. The support that you receive is limited, but the community is incredibly helpful and will provide the support that you need to get up and running.
