Pulseway primarily targets IT professionals, managed service providers (MSPs), and businesses with IT infrastructure that require remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions.
Abacus Private Cloud is the ideal solution for any practitioner looking to outsource the management of all aspects of its firm's technology while ensuring that all of its data is secure.
Nice automation and scripting features. The mobile app is also very good, Account manager is very active making sure everything is as it should be and offering solutions.
The PSA is terrible, we are not going to continue using it. I wish there was more antivirus choices.
As I run a small business I don't have the time to individually check machines, so the peace of mind knowing that I will be alerted of a problem is great. Automation is also a great benefit.
The remote control program organization is weird. We ended up removing policies just so we could organize the clients how we wanted to.
I have never experienced such good support, from presales questions, onboarding, and support, to help me work through implementing solutions for my unique needs. I feel lucky I found this solution.
Currently zero issues with this software - so not sure if there is anything to dislike here.
We are able to troubleshoot our clients issues instantly which helps keep costs down and clients very happy. This is a very affordable product with great flexibility and power to aid in IT operations.
Some missing features when we started to use but it has evolved a lot.
What we have enjoyed the most with APC is their customer service. The technicians that we have dealt with have been dedicated to finding a solution.
We're a small firm of 10 employees and I would put the implementation cost so far in lost productivity. This has been the single worst consumer experience of my life.
THE APC platform does has some very useful features, like remote connection and 24- hour IT support. The techs are also funny, kind, and more than accommodating faced against some grouchy lawyers.
Initial sizing of systems needs was way off; forced me into poor service or 30% price increase and you are stuck with the contract even though it was their mistake.
I love love love the NOTES section. When I do anything at all I put them into notes.
When the system is down, you are dead in the water. You loose access to everything.
This platform outsources office computing (in my case, for a law office) to a proven, trusted vendor that provides excellent customer service, reliability and stability.
Horrible, cumbersome integration with Microsoft 365 (which was forced upon us - we didn't know that when we contracted).
Bryan W.: My name is Bryan. I'm an IT specialist over at Shopper Approved. We've got about just under 50 employees. I give Pulseway an overall rating of five stars. Before Pulseway, I was using Action1. The problems with Action1, it was an early product. It was lacking some features that a more mature product offers. Pulseway gave me those tools, better remote support and better reporting, various other features like that. The biggest reason we went with Pulseway is price. I looked at several other competitors, and Pulseway offered the best price for what we got. And it gave us third-party patching. It gave us a great remote tool that offered remote file transfer. They have a network discovery feature in there, so I can use it to automatically look for new devices, things like that. Yeah, getting started with Pulseway, they gave me a trial, if I remember correctly, and using that trial, I was able to sort of test things out beforehand. And then, once we decided on the product, they were able to take that trial environment and just turn it into the full one, so I didn't have to do any additional setup. But they did give us additional onboarding, so if you didn't do the trial or didn't set up anything, they'll help you and walk you through setting it up. The agent's super easy to install. You can deploy it across the whole fleet if you needed to. It even has Active Directory Discovery, so if it's connected to a domain, it can just install it that way. If you're looking at getting Pulseway, I would just make sure you do look at other competitors. If there's something that you can't afford, there are definitely better products that offer more features or better robust features for a higher price. So, if price isn't an issue, it may not be a bad idea to look elsewhere. But if you are trying to find something on the budget side, Pulseway is a great place to start. They offer lots of add-ons, lots of integrations. Do know that the product is owned by Kaseya. Some people may not care for that. But that's [inaudible 00:02:35].
Michael C.: Hello, I am Michael. I am the principal in a small law firm. I give Abacus Cloud a two-star rating. And for more reviews, look below. We rely very strongly on the Microsoft Office package. We also use and used QuickBooks, both online and desktop. That was primarily how we ran the office. I wanted a more efficient case management program, and I wanted an integrated program that integrated well with Outlook. This is what I was promised with Abacus. I chose Abacus because I wanted an integrated case management accounting program so that all of our functions could be speeded up and easy to use and to manage a large number of cases. The first part was that integration took about seven weeks, which was a real surprise to us for how long they wanted to do it. Then when we actually had to turn on the machines and to access them, it was extremely time-consuming, like half a day at a time for each computer. It was really a very, very difficult process, and it seemed to be absurd to us. I would say stay away from Abacus Cloud. We're locked into a three-year contract. They don't work with us. They don't fix anything. It's impossible to use the program. We probably use 10% of the package because we can't get to it. There's no training available of any merit. I think there are other off-the-shelf items that'll do just as good a job and save a lot of money and a lot of headache.
