ALTO Exchange vs Abby: Which is a better fit?

CSR was super helpful and got back to me so quickly with a solution. I really appreciate her friendly and helpful attitude.

I am struggling to change the login password to something other than the one that I was provided with.

As mentioned in the "Pros" section, I use ALTO Exchange primarily for invoice submission. It is always a pleasure to talk to the customer service agents and I know they work there best to help others.

The only obstacle noted was the rounding issue, which is common from software to software.

Excellent experience, the helps desk staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Although it may sound cliche, I truly do not have anything that negative that comes to mind about this software.

The rep was a great help and I sincerely appreciate that.

I don't like that it saves items and any changes individually as it seems to take a lot of time.

Price a bit high and features very difficult to master.

A software that is easy to use and allows you to make calculations or estimates. What we like most about the tool is that it is quick to learn, no need to be an expert or professional.
