Dental Intelligence vs Lighthouse 360: Which is a better fit?

It's been easy from the get-go, I really can't ask for more. I do hope as they become more popular and grow in size, their top notch customer service stays at the level I have grown accustomed to.

We keep disputing and getting our funds back but no one there will listen and just stop charging our card. Do not trust this company.

It is very user friendly, support is always great, the patient communication is the best and the electronic paperwork saves hours of work. The analytics you can get about your practice are amazing.

There is so much information, it can sometimes be difficult to find what you're looking for.

We were introduced to this about 1 1/2 years ago and its amazing what it can do for your practice. It helps keep track of numbers and set more goals for the practice.

We signed up for a two-year term but after switching softwares we can no longer use them. Nothing in our agreement says we can’t cancel before the term ends and yet they continue charging our card.

It's a great tool to help you dive into and realize every opportunity for growth for your practice/business. User friendly and plenty of help is made available to you should you ever need any.

It’s more expensive than some other software options, but you get what you pay for.

Ease of confirming appointments is good; recall management is good; customizing reminder frequency is good.

The whole purpose we pay for this service is to be able to use it to connect with patients and giving patients in 2019 the option to opt out is annoying when I cannot contact them.

It is a great software for confirmations, and recall. It definitely has helped to improve our patient scheduling.

Templates are too restrictive. The worst failure is when I needed them the most which is when I needed them to help me contact patients about important, life-saving messages about the Corona Virus.

The features that our office likes most about Lighthouse is the ability to send out last minute appointment availability when there is a cancellation in our schedule.

Intra office messaging wasn’t really something we used or needed and I felt this feature distracted my employees more than it benefited them.

I like all of the features of Lighthouse 360. It is very user friendly.

A little less than a year ago we switched to another program as they offered a little bit of a cheaper price. Biggest mistake we have ever made.
