STS Cloud vs iVvy Venue Management: Which is a better fit?

STS from the program to the cloud version has been amazing. The ease of access and the layout is by far the best system I have ever used.

Cons, it doesn't talk to our PMS system. However I am user not a administrator so possibly it was the package purchased that caused this barrier.

STS is a fantastic tool to keep up with your leads, bookings and accounts. Fairly easy to use and excellent tracking.

Forecast part i dislike the most, there's not many details for making schedule for BQT.

It is an amazing tool, because we can send shortly our proposals, soft to understand and use it, we are really happy to use this tool.

The software can freeze on certain screens and copying the same menu from one event to another can be frustrating.

The thing I like most about this software is how easy it is to use. Once you play around in it you figure out the best way for your job/ organization to use it.

The initial set up took months to get correct. We lost reports/functionality from the old STS system.

All documents are customizable and can contain your won branding. Strong CRM management and good reporting.

Had problems with the table allocation module.

Overall our experience has been good. We have had challenges with our Ops team and have tried to work with the system as best we can.

Correcting spelling errors rather than just underline them in red.

I loved iVvy so much that I have convinced my new workplace to change systems, it has so many features that will help you and your team improve processes and your client's journey.

Has trouble pulling large amounts of data sometimes.

In 6 months time, it's been really wonderful to use. The training period was great (Bernadette) & very informative as had the ongoing support from our Client Success Manager (Matt).

It seems that once I input options for drop menu with the food, I cannot remove the options.
