Prior to using Ricochet360, we're always bouncing around trying to find the right CRM and adding different pieces of technology towards tech stack. In a Facebook group that I have for other insurance agents, one of them recommended that we tried looking at Ricochet360. We went ahead, we did a demo and we found that Ricochet360 really filled the needs of what we were looking to do in terms of the marketing campaigns that we wanted to run. It's all encompassing, it was able to automate a lot of our tasks and the service people that we have working for us really enjoy using it. We chose Ricochet360 for one specific reason. In the insurance industry, it's all about lead generation and we wanted to run a specific marketing campaign using a dialer system that would be efficient all encompassing into one ecosystem and Ricochet360 really filled that need for us. Ricochet was very easy in terms of the onboarding process. Their team was very, very specific in terms of what we needed in order to begin with the onboarding process. So I was the point of contact with getting everybody set up. It was very easy, very streamlined. They walked us through the process. If we had any questions, they always made sure to answer our questions for us. However, there's a little bit of a learning curve and that goes to say for almost any piece of new software, Ricochet is very robust. There's a lot of features that you can utilize with the platform. So you need to keep using it. And the more you keep using it, the more you familiarize yourself with all the features, you'll learn to love it as much as we have. What I recommend before anyone signs up, not just with Ricochet, but any softwares, schedule a demo. It's really important. I know for us, when we scheduled a demo, I was able to pilot the software. We were very specific with what we wanted to do with our marketing campaigns. And I really wanted to see how the dialer system would work. So the representative, he walked us through exactly how that process works. As a visual guy, it really helped me understand what it is that we're signing up for. So definitely stress the demo. And the second part is join a Facebook group for Ricochet360 members. This will give you a chance to ask questions that you may never have thought of. You also will have the ability to find out a little bit about the cons of the system too. What people don't like about it, no system is ever perfect. However, it's important to hear both sides of things. So definitely I would recommend a demo and the Facebook group, and you'll be able to make an educated decision moving forward.
