NiceJob vs Engage360: Which is a better fit?

We have enjoyed much success with NiceJob and the time or two we have needed help the customer service is just as great.

It was frustrating to get all the pictures sent over for the website because I could not figure out how to do it through NiceJob.

The nicejob had done a great job in building a customer trust and with the help of nice job we are geting very NICE SEO.

My only complaint is that they do not make it easy to call them. You have to communicate with them through a web portal.

They were super quick and responsive with building the site and in answering any questions that I had. Thinking about the move...STOP RIGHT NOW and JUST DO IT.

The dashboard is a little confusing but I really don’t spend much time in there.

The overall experience is 9/10. Vizury is a great team full of intelligent individuals and I am happy we signed on with them.

Reengaging audiences that have abandoned our site after browsing. Using browser notifications, we are able to drive these abandons back to the site to complete their purchase.

Our CTRs have seen an increase and conversions attributed to notifications have also increased. Product is stable and we get good engagement on mobile and desktop both.

Lack of documentation on site, makes it difficult to fully understand all of Vizury's features.

The reporting features they have are robust enough to scale high performing campaigns and test others. The pricing is competitive with other big-name software out there and is a nice selling point.

The user interface can be confusing especially for first time users.

Easy to segment & setup campaign. Comprehensive dashboard for easy visualisation & monitoring of performance.

They have no relevant negative points to point out.
