The custom PDF template module for Quotes, Purchase Orders and Invoices is quite limited.
I am using MoneyPenny.me and I have to tell that it's an amazing experience. So usefull and easy to use, MoneyPenny helps me a lot and simplify all my tasks.
Project overview was limited, so we had to develop an own API.
And I love the uncluttered user interface which makes it efficient. All in all, I'm very happy with MoneyPenny and I'd recommend it to every freelancer out there.

At first, the amount of options that are offered may be intimidating; In my opinion maybe it would help that they divided the user experience into a section for beginners and another for experts.

Before Scoro, we used Trello. But because of the size of the company, because we grew up in the last four, five years and because of the size of the project, it was not useful for us, was too chaotic. We choose Scoro because it was the only one software in the market that could basically follow all our departments because basically you can manage clients before [inaudible 00:00:59] your client before the client sign a contract. So you can do also the quotes and then you can manage all the projects with Scoro and also work, sending also the invoices and do reports. Starting with Scoro was not difficult because we had an onboarding product and we work with one person that for a few months follow us to understand to onboard all the team into the platform. As a recommendation, I can suggest Scoro if you are looking for a software that can help to grow the marketing agency, to understand in particular where the team invest their time. In particular, if you are working on a remote base is useful because also the tracking time is easy to do it. So you can literally control the team and see if they are using [inaudible 00:02:16] in an correct way and is useful because you can control how much investment you do for each client.
