I like how fresh and clean the display looks, the calendar is great, really easy to use and was quite easy to link to our registration on our homepage.

Time Hero has a been a great tool to centralize all of our projects and keep our team on track. The customer service has been fantastic and someone is always available to help out right away.

It was sometimes difficult to find the tasks that I needed to find. I added a task and then had trouble finding that task in TimeHero.
I like being able to use time hero to schedule meetings when we have teams working in many different time zones because it has an easy to view feature that helps with scheduling.
I am sure it is user error, and something I need to learn. But, it would be helpful if it wouldn't let me set something up wrong in the first place.

Before Scoro, we used Trello. But because of the size of the company, because we grew up in the last four, five years and because of the size of the project, it was not useful for us, was too chaotic. We choose Scoro because it was the only one software in the market that could basically follow all our departments because basically you can manage clients before [inaudible 00:00:59] your client before the client sign a contract. So you can do also the quotes and then you can manage all the projects with Scoro and also work, sending also the invoices and do reports. Starting with Scoro was not difficult because we had an onboarding product and we work with one person that for a few months follow us to understand to onboard all the team into the platform. As a recommendation, I can suggest Scoro if you are looking for a software that can help to grow the marketing agency, to understand in particular where the team invest their time. In particular, if you are working on a remote base is useful because also the tracking time is easy to do it. So you can literally control the team and see if they are using [inaudible 00:02:16] in an correct way and is useful because you can control how much investment you do for each client.
