ShipMonk vs Excalibur WMS: Which is a better fit?

You have a great overview of all key facts and your storage. Additionally the support is extremely flexible, super fast and very friendly yet knowledgeable.

Packages being lost regularly. Don't refund the shipping/handling cost for the lost packages.

I can say the genuine care, personal level of detail, and friendly assistance he provided is one of the main reasons I would recommend Shipmonk to anyone. Just like the old adage; you cant buy trust.

This is a complete SCAM. This mistake happened to have cost us over $15,000, and shipmonk/Monkprotect refuses to pay on the claims that they made the mistake on(which they have admitted too).

The commitment to understanding a clients situation and the support offered is outstanding and unusual in the industry and makes working with Shipmonk truly a partnership experience.

Every single part of the cycle has been horrendus, horrible, tiring and filled with mistakes from ShipMonk's end.

We have been a happy customer for 16 years and are very pleased with the continuous improvement of the product.

The out of the box version of the software is extremely basic with very limited features and terrible documents.

Easy to use and pretty self explanatory. The team that gets you set up is super nice and helpful.

Difficulty setting up, the extra charges to set up. The fact that you must speak with someone (and be charged outrageously) to get setup properly due to non functioning links/uploads etc.

Ability to configure/design reports - this is fairly easy to do, and can make your customers extremely happy with reports that are custom designed for their needs.

The Mobilelink program is a bit limiting. Lacking capabilities in the program on documenting value add services in receipts/shipment, No location for notes, cannot flag product as damaged.

The staff at Camelot backs their product with a wonderful, attentive support team. Our implementation consultant made the process of migrating to 3PLink from a 11-year old program nearly seamless.

Expensive Software, Terrible Customer Service and unconsistent Technical Support.
