Foxit eSign vs Signority: Which is a better fit?

Our documents are dynamically created and eSign Genie's API was perfect for us to hook into. Moreover, it is HIPAA compliant and the customer service is outstanding.

And technical support, all the times we contacted them, we're almost completely useless on this issue. Plus you had to describe exactly what went wrong every time you contacted them.

ESign Genie's pay-as-you pricing option has been a perfect solution for my needs. Set up was easy, customer service was great, and the both myself and my clients have found it easy to use.

There is no warning that you will loose any work you've done if you did work and didn't add a user. Seems like a message informing the user that such a thing is needed would be helpful.

We have been happy with eSign Genie and have increased usage this past year and remain pleased with the product.

Because the email notifications about documents to review come from eSignGenie (which is an unknown name to some), the email can end up in the spam filter. This happens about 1-2% of the time for me.

The fact that I can set up templates very quickly, its super user friendly, and has super helpful guides / faqs.

Small issue with uploading Adobe PDF forms. Form fields come out ugly in final.

The customer service manager is very friendly and the sales manager contacted me herself to make sure there was nothing I needed help with. I have had a great experience.

Frustrating that it seems to change month, I log in and the template changes so its hard to figure out where things are. It needs to be more consistent, stop changing the layout.

I am a professional that sometimes needs clients to sign forms electronically so that they do not have to come in. Signority has provided a super easy solution that works perfectly.

Hard to know where the signature is going to fall when I place it in the signature slot. Maybe have a ghost image when I drag it over so the clients signature will actually line up where it should.

Having tried many of the existing solutions and found them quirky to use (feel like old software on a pc), it's nice to see their new UI which looks and feels like a new web app.

I find some clients confused by the process, and sometimes the Signority email gets filtered to junk mail.

I love the convenience of Signority and appreciate that it saves my clients a lot of time when they can sign documents electronically rather than in person.

Too may changes to the layout, hard to know where things are after the template changes.
