Ento vs Unifocus: Which is a better fit?

I love the ease in which I can enter my weekly group exercise schedule and then copy it over fortnight for my payroll.

I have found it difficult to add in penalty rates for weekends and public holidays which means my budget is not correct.

Our staff find the phone application and filling out their availability a breeze, it also helps us from behind the scenes schedule our finest team each fortnight.

Ento is meeting all of our enquiries. There is no con to be mentioned.

I like the ease of rostering. Wages calculation and hours.

Unfortunately where it lacks in everywhere else, the HR component does not integrate with other apps, is constricting and does not play well with employees when updating or creating new contracts.

I find the rostering and timesheets have saved me a lot of time in doing my payroll.

I really appreciate the ease of use and intuitive UI. It really has the flexibility to accomplish whatever you might need to do and has the ability to really understand real world scheduling.

When we terminate people from the system, mysteriously, they pop back up onto the system. This is the worst problem with Unifocus.

Haven’t learned all the tools that it has to offer. I love the ease when it comes to scheduling employees.

However, lately its been much worse. For at least a month now, I have not been able to view my past timecards to check my paystubs.

Convenient way of scheduling love the LMS tools and I only hear positive feedback from the pack members using it.

The app is very poor, very quirky, almost always have to re-enter credentials before proceeding - the whole thing needs to be re-engineered.

It’s user friendly and always have updates that improve functionality.

The one thing I don’t like about the UniFocus app is the inability to change the type of time off my employee wants to use.
