SwiftCloud vs WaiverFile: Which is a better fit?

In addition to having the documents signed and email, they also store a copy in the cloud which is great, saving us additional space. Overall we are very happy with Swift Cloud.

Struggle with bugs on a system that impacts the functionality.

Very nice, simple and clean with many features that we haven't explored yet, but it's great to know we have them in case we need them in the future.

Apart from minor issues that come with adaptation of any new software there is nothing really that we dislike.

We really like swift cloud they are great to work with and it's easy to use.

Interface can be a little confusing , many features means you need a little time to get used to it.

We have a very long application process so using Swiftcloud made it very easy. I like how smooth it was for my company and I to get in and fix what we need to in order for it work better.

Researched competitors, but found them to be too limited for our needs (or future needs).

After exploring a few different options with online waivers, I was happy to connect with WaiverFile. The customer service has been amazing and promptly answered any questions I had.

I like its flexibility, dashboard and the way it handles events. They are very responsive to improvement suggestions that we make and are quick to implement them.

Not a fault of WaiverFile, but it can be difficult for event hosts to understand the process sometimes. More training pieces for hosts.

My favorite feature is how fast and easy it is to reach help when I need it. If I don't understand how to use a component or know how to execute what I'm hoping to achieve, help is a quick email away.

Cutting check in time in 1/2 for the customer. Other waiver software made us type in each name as we checked in each guest to search for the waiver.

Also, the price is great for the quality of service and they keep update with more features. I'm so happy I found this software.

With the waiver file they have to input name, signature date, address & email. Don’t like that the media & liability waiver are 2 forms & you have to enter same info again.
