THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As I said they are the life blood of my business but this is the 3rd time in less than 2 years my pop up is not working and neither is the scheduler.
Really good, they are brilliant at helping you to set up and get going, as well as allowing you to personalise your site. Vcita works really well with my website, which gives me peace of mind.
In the meantime my livelihood hangs in the balance, with all classes having to be cancelled and customers disappointed. I certainly feel ripped off.
Vcita is amazing for Customer management, including all functions and features, but the remote payments were the most exciting.

Amazing app that I use daily with my clients, I love how clean it looks overall and how I can track their progress of weight and different body assessments.
If a customer pays you on the app you lose a percentage I've stopped using this feature and clients pay me direct through bank so charges need to be looked into.
I really like the ease of use when adding clients and having them access there programmes immediately. I also love including demo videos too help them use there programmes.
I dislike that superset is the only grouping option. I do a lot of compound exercises and circuit training.
I love how easy it is for my clients to navigate and use the app. I love that I can put videos up for my clients to use as visuals.
When programming routines the lack of multi add exercise it makes it slow to work with.
I love this app, it is affordable and easy to use. The customer service is fantastic.
Some of the videos cause you to exit the app and open to youtube...it's difficult to try and figure out where you left off after watching the youtube video.

I use a lot of software because I run multiple companies, from transportation to media to online training school, and I use a lot of software. Prior to Vcita, I was using HubSpot and Setmore, then I tried Calendly. I tried so much different, Calendar, Nozzle. I tried a lot of different systems to try to get everything that I need, and Vcita just had everything. It's one software that does a little bit of everything. You can manage your customers, book appointments online, send invoices, and it integrates well with Zoom, being that everything is on Zoom now. So that's the reason why I really chose them, is they have more of everything that I need under one system, versus using a lot of different system to accomplish the same task. The initial process, like anything, it took a while because every part had to be done separately. Set up your calendar, transferring your customer, integrate. It wasn't a bad process, it just, it's a process. So when it's time to invite my team, it was pretty simple, because all I had to do was just click Invite and they were able to join without any problems. I will recommend trying it. I will recommend trying it, making sure that it's something that you really want, because if you don't use all of the features that's included in the software, then it could be a bit much. But if you are somebody that you're sending online invoices, you're booking online appointments, you want to automate some of your processes, then it's perfect for you.
