They refuse to allow me to have access to my account for the service for November that I paid for. They also refuse to refund the charge from the same day my account was canceled.

I he worst thing I have experienced is that about 20% of my clients Emails come up as duplicate email and it deletes the email from my client page.

Shanie: Hi, my name is Shanie and I am the CEO of Elevation Global Group. My company size is 28. We are a team of 28, and I rate Vcita a five. I use a lot of software because I run multiple companies, from transportation to media to online training school, and I use a lot of software. Prior to Vcita, I was using HubSpot and Setmore, then I tried Calendly. I tried so much different, Calendar, Nozzle. I tried a lot of different systems to try to get everything that I need, and Vcita just had everything. It's one software that does a little bit of everything. You can manage your customers, book appointments online, send invoices, and it integrates well with Zoom, being that everything is on Zoom now. So that's the reason why I really chose them, is they have more of everything that I need under one system, versus using a lot of different system to accomplish the same task. The initial process, like anything, it took a while because every part had to be done separately. Set up your calendar, transferring your customer, integrate. It wasn't a bad process, it just, it's a process. So when it's time to invite my team, it was pretty simple, because all I had to do was just click Invite and they were able to join without any problems. I will recommend trying it. I will recommend trying it, making sure that it's something that you really want, because if you don't use all of the features that's included in the software, then it could be a bit much. But if you are somebody that you're sending online invoices, you're booking online appointments, you want to automate some of your processes, then it's perfect for you.
Chermaine C.: My name is Chermaine. I'm a small business owner. My business is Kemetic Aesthetics. We have about nine employees. We're in the health and fitness/yoga industry, and I would give it a three. Mind Body previously and Acuity Scheduling. And I chose Vagaro because it was a lot easier for clients to book appointments. So the reasons I chose Vagaro is it is a simpler system compared to other scheduling platforms that clients can book their appointments and is fairly reasonable. So a good value for the price versus Mind Body as they were increasing their rates. Basically all I had to do was download the software. I was able to export a lot of the data from other platforms that we're using, like the client data. And it's very easy to get it integrated with the website and also share it with clients, the link. So it wasn't a difficult process at all to get started. I would definitely say that it is a very easy to use, user-friendly software system that clients like booking appointments with. And also it's like a no frills, very simple. So if you were looking for more features, I would maybe not use Vagaro, but if you wanted something simple and that the clients really enjoy then that was a good value. Vagaro is good for that.
