THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As I said they are the life blood of my business but this is the 3rd time in less than 2 years my pop up is not working and neither is the scheduler.
Really good, they are brilliant at helping you to set up and get going, as well as allowing you to personalise your site. Vcita works really well with my website, which gives me peace of mind.

Vcita is amazing for Customer management, including all functions and features, but the remote payments were the most exciting.

M able to present images to clients and show them what it will look like on a wall in their own home. It streamlines the process which is super important as an entrepreneur.
The problem that I was having was an inefficient product while I had my sales sessions with my clients. The software was unpredictable and often did not work.
This gives the clients a perfect visual of how products will appear in the home, which improves the chance of a sale.
The only criticism I have is, as an international customer, the products & integrations are primarily US-based which reduces some of the potential streamlining it could create for me as a user.
I also love how personal representative are. Their support is quick and I feel like they genuinely care for all photographers's success in their business's.
It was such a depressing time because obviously if i were to do something different then I'd get less time with my family.
My clients are SO excited to see exactly what their gallery wall will look like and it gives them confidence in their investment.
Designing wall galleries is painful, not intuitive and extremely tedious.
Shanie: Hi, my name is Shanie and I am the CEO of Elevation Global Group. My company size is 28. We are a team of 28, and I rate Vcita a five. I use a lot of software because I run multiple companies, from transportation to media to online training school, and I use a lot of software. Prior to Vcita, I was using HubSpot and Setmore, then I tried Calendly. I tried so much different, Calendar, Nozzle. I tried a lot of different systems to try to get everything that I need, and Vcita just had everything. It's one software that does a little bit of everything. You can manage your customers, book appointments online, send invoices, and it integrates well with Zoom, being that everything is on Zoom now. So that's the reason why I really chose them, is they have more of everything that I need under one system, versus using a lot of different system to accomplish the same task. The initial process, like anything, it took a while because every part had to be done separately. Set up your calendar, transferring your customer, integrate. It wasn't a bad process, it just, it's a process. So when it's time to invite my team, it was pretty simple, because all I had to do was just click Invite and they were able to join without any problems. I will recommend trying it. I will recommend trying it, making sure that it's something that you really want, because if you don't use all of the features that's included in the software, then it could be a bit much. But if you are somebody that you're sending online invoices, you're booking online appointments, you want to automate some of your processes, then it's perfect for you.
Mark: My name is Mark, and I am an owner in the photography industry, and I give Swift Galleries a five out of five. So I used a number of different products prior to Swift Galleries, one of them was Infolio, and one of the problems that I had with other software is that it wasn't as comprehensive as Swift Galleries. It didn't allow me to bring in some of the frames and allow the different templates to be able to effectively do in person sales, and to make sure that I had a comprehensive product for my clients. So that would be the biggest thing. I chose Swift Galleries because it is a super comprehensive program that allows me to effectively do in-person sales. Especially in the season that we're in with COVID-19 and all the measures that we're taking, it allows me to get in front of my clients remotely, it allows me to effectively sell my products, show them exactly what it's going to look like on their walls, and it's a win-win for me and my clients. So I'm extremely pleased with what I have and love the product and love the support as well. Integrating Swift was pretty easy. I think the biggest piece of it was actually going in and making sure that I had all the templates I had to upload, the templates from the labs to make sure that I had the correct product sizes, the templates, all of the things that would be, and what I needed to show my clients. And then I did a few tutorials to learn and make sure that I understood it. But other than that, it was really simple and easy to use, and very effective. And I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to share with my clients. So if you're a photographer, I highly recommend Swift Galleries. It's a great software, it's a great tool to make sure that you're doing in-person sales, which again, is another thing that I feel, as photographers, we should be doing. Making recommendations, showing clients what it would look like on your walls, but it's a must have. I love it, I use it, and I think it'll be a great tool for you as well. Thank you.
