Priority Software vs Vista-Suite: Which is a better fit?

We are very happy with the ease of use for both our users and our IT team. And the ease of customization.

Sometimes you get an error and don't have the slightest idea what to do in order to correct it and you can get stuck in a loop until you figure out what you did wrong.

Impressive & very quality production flow for logistics & production managers , would be happy.

It look me days to get a response for a technical problem I was facing.

That said, once you open a ticket the customer support is great. In addition, for larger businesses who do a formal implementation it is good (feedback from friends).

Missing customer update regarding new features & definitions.

The company has an excellent reputation that is reflected by the product. It greatly improves the productivity.

There is no report generator for goods received.

After using the system for over a year, we are happy to be able to operate with the same level of comfort of some of the legacy system out there, such as Quantum.

I had some problem by the the time to allocate parts in order to do the LOS.

The ease of navigation is very useful for us, not having to close or open another window is helpful.

The overall rigidness of the system can cause somewhat of a headache for us.

We performed demos with AvSight, and Pentagon 2000. But we were extremely happy with Vista Suite, it's simplicity, it's functionality.

Also not being able to renumber sales orders makes it a bit of a pain when out customer buys multiple items out of order that we quoted.

The availability of real time data for executives is amazing, we can access our system from any where in the world and see what technicians are working in real time.

SME's in the aviation/aerospace industry would be missing a trick if they did not at least give VS a try-out.
