There is no running balance on the account. Categories for each transaction should be included so that a yearly report (missing also) can be generated for income tax purposes.

I like the listing, application and tracking the payments of units each month. The ability to gather information on how much to rent a unit for, tremendously helpful.
The only way to pay is through setting up direct deposit from tenants and I had a few tenants that struggled with setting up their payments correctly.
