My favorite is the Customer Service and the powerful filter system. The screenshare and response time is excellent as well.
Poor handling of threads and families: Can only view one family in one thread at a time, no combined hierarchical view, serious problems if an e-mail has another e-mail as an attachment.

We gather data, documents, images, just different data from our clients that we need to produce to opposing parties. And so, we use Logikcull to dump all of that information. Logikcull will render it into a readable, portable format so that we can serve it on opposing parties in discovery. Logikcull has great customer service. If you've ever used document production, discovery type software, you know it can be a little daunting, and their customer service is just outstanding. You can always live chat with an agent or call support. They're always available and super helpful. Software is very detailed. There's so much you can do in terms of designating your documents and tagging your documents, the ability to review your documents. It's just an outstanding platform, really detailed. I think for me, that was one of the hardest things, was learning how to use it.

Before LEAP, we used a combination of about six different apps and manual processes, and really it didn't work because it was difficult to train as well as to maintain on the back end. I chose LEAP because it allowed us to integrate all of our functionality into one app, and it was fairly easy for me without a systems background to learn to develop LEAP. Getting started with LEAP was a little bit challenging because I took over for someone else and so I wasn't learning from the ground up, but I had a lot of support, which made it really easy in the long run. Advice? Learn to understand placeholders immediately and get very cozy asking questions with your support staff.
