My favorite is the Customer Service and the powerful filter system. The screenshare and response time is excellent as well.
Poor handling of threads and families: Can only view one family in one thread at a time, no combined hierarchical view, serious problems if an e-mail has another e-mail as an attachment.
Logikcull so often fulfills those needs in an easy to use, effective, defensible manner. The reporting features are fantastic.
Sometimes the product lags and you have to work slowly. This can hinder the review process in that it take extra time.
The platform is also robust in it's predictive coding capabilities and has been successfully used for both internal investigations and litigation-based document discovery productions.
The only issues we've ever had were user problems due to people not following the correct steps.
The search boxes are very clear, it's easy to filter down to the data you want to review. And when you get to the data you want, the tagging and review is super clean.
Its email fields character limitation, but Logikcull has plans to address that.
The training materials are very good. Best of all, the email notifications help us meet notification, renewal, and other key dates.
No more negative option contracts rolling over because someone forgot to calendar a date.
I really like how easy it was to begin using ContractSafe and appreciate the awesome functionality and affordability for a small business. I wish I had found this service sooner.
Once in a while the interface can get a bit clunky or lag. Most of these issues (e.g., ContractSafe popups) are minor, however.
ContractSafe is user-friendly and the integration with DocuSign makes contract storage painless. Moreover, the ContractSafe customer service team is responsive, helpful, and a joy to work with.
We are able to quickly pull contracts with specific clauses, those expiring, those that are missing signatures, etc.
The customer service has been great and any time we encounter a bug or spot an area for potential improvement we can tell our feedback is heard. ContractSafe is clearly designed for legal teams.
While a laudable goal, right now the feature is still weak.

We gather data, documents, images, just different data from our clients that we need to produce to opposing parties. And so, we use Logikcull to dump all of that information. Logikcull will render it into a readable, portable format so that we can serve it on opposing parties in discovery. Logikcull has great customer service. If you've ever used document production, discovery type software, you know it can be a little daunting, and their customer service is just outstanding. You can always live chat with an agent or call support. They're always available and super helpful. Software is very detailed. There's so much you can do in terms of designating your documents and tagging your documents, the ability to review your documents. It's just an outstanding platform, really detailed. I think for me, that was one of the hardest things, was learning how to use it.
