ActiveDEMAND vs Kartra: Which is a better fit?

We have been successful with both of those, and I have been particularly impressed with the quality and flexibility of ActiveDEMAND's support team.

Sometimes it is difficult to talk to support through chat, ie. Trying to explain the problem, process etc.

Overall I have been very pleased with the platform. The chat function is very helpful and I almost always get an immediate response and help resolving the issues that I have.

Then you pay for something but there are several things that are not told, you are requested to pay other fees that nobody told at the beginning. My feeling is I waste lot of time, effort and money.

Active Demand is some pretty great software for a lot of our clients. We consider it an important part of our analytics stack to help our customers understand and grow their business.

Additionally, there are a ton of meaningless data entries now gumming up the running history in my CRM so that it's near impossible for me to find my last meeting notes.

All of the functionality and the ability to build custom work-flows/campaigns. There are pre-built templates that have been very helpful and the support staff has been amazing.

In the actual delivery there was actually no real content or working items.

We are very happy users of Kartra and advocates of it. The templates and constant improvement to the software inspires confidence that it is not a "dead" product.

To make it worse, recently they have taken down all the instructional videos and written tutorials for Webinar Jam. Replaced them with an API document which is useless to us.

The idea is brilliant and the features are great and the integration is awesome for a basic user and small business. You can do most everything you need right within the platform.

Most I trouble shoot myself now. Or I use a work around and that is why we integrate with other platforms.

It's been a great tool for me to build my business and create successful campaigns. It's easy to use and provides great customer service if needed.

Extremely buggy, constant issues, slow loading pages, membership interface is terrible ans Extremely restrictive.

I love how easy it is to use and how quickly I can get things up and running. I'm also impressed with the customer service, which is always available if I have any questions.

The platform is just not intuitive or user-friendly. I dreaded having to do anything on the platform.
