Continue to Give vs Faith Direct: Which is a better fit?

My donors appreciate the ease of the site and my organization appreciates the simplicity for record keeping and issuing tax receipts.

As far as I know, donors haven't had much trouble, but not many people give anymore and I don't know if that's due to the site, lack of advertising on my part, or a drop in donations.

I love how the developers worked with me to design the reporting how I needed it. I also love that they aren't priced ridiculously high like some companies are.

The weekly sales call are very annoying, I'm NOT going to change our church management system.

I like that you can have an app for giving and that you are notified each time you recieve a donation by email. Its also easy for the donor to send a note along with the donation.

Our accountant had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone at C2G for a while and so that slowed the issue down.

I had great experience and it was very easy to use I would recommend it to family friends and coworkers awesome site.

We were two snowstorms away from financial crisis.

Right from sales to implementation followed up by account management my experience has been outstanding. I would highly recommend using Faith Direct.

Our biggest business problem presently is the COVID outbreak and the subsequent loss of income from Sunday collections.

It reached a wide audience, is convenient to use and a good value. The staff is very helpful and knowldegeable.

Also, it was a disappointment that the user could only choose two days out of the month to have the money pulled.

We have found during the pandemic using Faith Direct has provided a major benefit in helping us keep our donation revenue steady.

Very difficult to work with adjusting the program (event) each year.

Amount (monthly fee) we are charged should be based on actual number of users, not projected users.
