P3 HVAC Software vs FieldPulse: Which is a better fit?

This program is one of the best ones we have found that has fit with our overall business direction. We love that you can make a change and it can be instantly updates to all users in the field.

If you are in the middle of your input and you have to leave that page you either complete all the boxes or you loose what you have in put.

Then I sold my business, and moved to Florida, opened my door here and immediately signed up again, because I LOVED it so much. My team is happy, we are plugging away and things are going great.

Then my bank downloads the actual deposit and it doubles the amont paid in Quickbooks. It has my Accountant pissed off as it has inflated all my accounts especially my checking account.

The pricing is great for staying they same. I love the estimate interface to present to customers.

My Accountant is coming out to set up my system the right way. The way mine was set up by P-3 has wreaked havoc on my books.

The staff at P3 are awesome to work with. They are very responsive and have helped us implement the software in a very quick time.

No phone integration and this is critical for marketing and tracking purposes.

The customer service, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT], has been SUPER helpful answering all my questions with promptness and accuracy. Very much appreciated, especially when you're a "newb.

Deleting and changing invoices is a pain and when the QB sync screws up with payment it sometimes still says invoiced when it has been paid and there is no way to manually change the status.

The support staff is amazing, especially Holly, who help work through several issues we had at the start up. You get real people who seem to really care about your success on the Fieldpulse platform.

There are several features that are missing and or do not work well for our company.

FieldPulse is the perfect fit for what i was looking for. The Support is amazing, they are always quick to respond with any questions that i have, and are always looking to make improvements.

The Quick Books syncing is terrible and is mostly related to QB online but they keep claiming they will make it compatible with QB desktop but have yet to, to my knowledge.

I liked the fact that [sensitive content hidden] my Customer Success Specialist, is so very kind and helpful. Whenever you need her she is right there to answer all of my question.

System does not integrate very well with quickbooks and when exported out, info is scattered everywhere in quickbooks.
