Stavros was super helpful in recommending shortcuts/tricks/tips to save time and improve efficiency.
The biggest issue is we use a third party billing service and we are having some struggles getting things just right. I have had to pay for extra with my biller to sit down and figure things out.
Their documentation for doctors makes notes simple, accurate, affordable, and efficient. I am so glad I chose them for the foundation of my EHR and I recommend you do the same.
Nothing we can think of is negative regarding this software.
The daily reports are comprehensive, and the exam routines are very comprehensive, and will allow you to include as much information as you would really care to have in the file.
Also when I charge say $50 dollars to a person, its over kill in my type of practice to type in $50 on the left column then again in the daily charge after selecting the date I want to charge.
I love that it is web based, so I can access it from anywhere. The overall look of the pages are very good and clear.
I dislike the redundancy of steps needed to make a payment.
I love that Aprima listens to their customers regarding enhancement ideas and implements those that are important to the users. Aprima is always improving their product for it's customers.
User interface outdated, VERY poor support, constant service interruptions, lost notes multiple times, cick heavy antiquated Windows 1993 feel, JUST AWFUL to use.
Customer support has been pretty good and has only gotten better since we began with them.
Terrible both from the Aprima interface as well as the lying, cheating, bait and switch tactics of DAS that have resulted in spiraling costs.
It only takes one determined mind to uncover the system's magic ability to not only do all the work but also to make money for the company effortlessly.
I got rid of the EHR early because of their very poor customer support. At that point the CEO said that I had broken the contract and I lost all of my money.
We've actually seen an improvement in our patient flow and our ability to measure the practice's performance has vastly improved.
RCM virtually did nothing to earn the percentage charged. Unfriendly response from RCM managers regarding the billing errors and invoicing errors.
Karen D: Hi, I'm Karen, and I'm the executive director for a nonprofit organization and we use Campaigner, and I give that a five. We use Campaigner to send out periodic newsletters to those who have interest in our organization. What I really like best about Campaigner is that it's so easy to use. I've been retired for several years and it's not hard for me to work my way through the ins and outs of sending out a newsletter once a month or every other month. And if I get into trouble, I can always call and I can get somebody on the line right away to help me. There's not much not to like about Campaigner, but one of the things that comes to mind is that having worked under corporate newsletter capability, Campaigner, although simple, in its simplicity it may be limited in a few of the bells and whistles that I used to be using while I was a professional person in the corporate industry.
