Novi AMS is particularly well suited for associations using QuickBooks.
The entire experience from on boarding to now day to day use of Member365 has been seamless. The customer support is outstanding and I continue to be surprised by the breadth of functionality.
We asked them to download all of our data and they currently have no way to do that, that's awful.
So excited they now have a chat function. We run our Member365 only with volunteers, and not all of them are that tech savvy, so it's great to have the extra help when you need it.
To date, my only critique would be the lack of customization options for your individual organization (ie. page layout, header graphics, page colors, etc).
I am in M365 daily and absolutely love how user friendly it is. I can pull reports quickly, walk a member through their account easily, and navigate through the platform with ease.
The overall experience was the most unprofessional experience for any association to have.
It has been a pleasure from day 1, and I highly recommend Member365 by Pixelera as your software solution.
I feel that there are limitations in customization options within the software, which restricts tailoring it to our specific organizational needs.
The staff is also great, the take concerns seriously which I really appreciate and try to provide a fix if possible. Sending invoices is also super easy to do and quick which I love.
Anytime you change systems it is frustrating. They have less features than our previous AMS, but sometimes less is more.
I love Novi AMS and the excellent and outstanding service I receive from one of the best teams in the country.
The only complaint I would have is the initial cost, but over time It will pay for its self. You pay the first year upfront and a hefty onboarding fee.
The overall experience has been great, from the design implementation and development of the integration was great.
Sometimes I find the report criteria confusing, but it is probably just above my understanding level.
There are several training opportunities, including an extremely comprehensive online help tool to help staff learn the system. Novi support staff are very responsive and helpful.
The eCommerce has been difficult for us to work with, but our needs are out of the norm.

We utilize Novi for all of that as well as to communicate with our membership and prospective members as well. One of the main things I love about Novi AMS, I truly love the customer service as this is a new software for our company and really seeing how hands on the customer service representatives are with making sure that we fully understand the capabilities that Novi AMS has and how to use it to the best of our ability, but also making sure we're maximizing our usage of Novi. Truly love it, and it's very user friendly, very beginner friendly. It's very easy to use, it really does make our day-to-day so much easier. One of the things that Novi AMS can improve on, even though it is a really great software, is truly how to pull reports based on various company needs and really organizing those reports and making sure that they're easy to access, easy to customize.
