The entire experience from on boarding to now day to day use of Member365 has been seamless. The customer support is outstanding and I continue to be surprised by the breadth of functionality.
We asked them to download all of our data and they currently have no way to do that, that's awful.
So excited they now have a chat function. We run our Member365 only with volunteers, and not all of them are that tech savvy, so it's great to have the extra help when you need it.
To date, my only critique would be the lack of customization options for your individual organization (ie. page layout, header graphics, page colors, etc).
I am in M365 daily and absolutely love how user friendly it is. I can pull reports quickly, walk a member through their account easily, and navigate through the platform with ease.
The overall experience was the most unprofessional experience for any association to have.

I feel that there are limitations in customization options within the software, which restricts tailoring it to our specific organizational needs.
LinkedIn has the feature called 'Personalized invite' which has been very helpful in connecting with right prospects with a message before. InMail is the another best feature.
Every messaging platform is fighting spam so this will problem on LinkedIn but it depends on how users are creating their network connections and there are some users trying to sell their products.
What I like most about this software is its ease of use paired with its invaluable ability to express an individual and his/her professional background and abilities.
I do think the design and setup of the software is a bit outdated and boring, and can sometimes be hard to navigate through.
The news function helps us stay up to date on our prospects, and having more InMail is super helpful.
Unfortunately there are also bad and invasive people, as in any other virtual community.
The LinkedIn App does a great job of providing you with all of the basic functionality of the web version on your phone which is perfect for making connections when you are on the go.
The only defect that I find in Linkedin for business is that only the team version provides native integration with crm.

LinkedIn for Business is great for connecting directly with other members of the same industry all on one platform. It's also great to keep informed on the latest trends in your industry, in the niche job titles that people tend to have, and it's just been overall a very good platform for our business. LinkedIn for Business was very easy to get started. Just couple of clicks to sign up and your profile's kind of registered in their account. And from there they have little popups of tutorial type information if you need additional support. And they also have a help desk for support, which got back very quickly. LinkedIn for business is a very good way as somebody who's starting their own business or is in the marketing department of a business to see what type of clients like your business to business would be best in through LinkedIn, and I definitely recommend it to anybody looking to grow their client portfolio.
