I was so mad when I switched companies and they discontinued using Lever.
We've been so pleased with the support team at Lever. As we switch/transition from Google Hire, they've been incredibly helpful to make sure this is a seamless and stress-free process.
Emails Part 2 - Entire threads of email conversations do not appear in Lever. They are missing so again we have to cut & paste entire conversations to place in the profile.
I love the ease of use, the simplicity, the ability to configure it to our needs. Also the team is fantastic.

The mobile app of Naukari RMS very confusing and annoying to operate. I often mess up with the UI as it looks very wordy and complicated to operate.

So if I wanted to refer someone, I would go into Lever, put their resume in, or send them a referral link. It made it super easy for me to refer people and track the status of their application. The thing I like the most about the software is it was so easy to use, searching the jobs that were available at my company was really easy. And the user interface from the application side of things was very easy to use. However, what I didn't like about lever is there wasn't a lot of data that I could look at. It was difficult to see how my referrals were stacking up against other people. And I would've just like to have seen little bit more data analytics from it.
