The only criticism I could level is that the drag and drop functionality doesn't work well in the browser window.
I love the text message to recall, it helps so much to keep my clients aware for their appointment and it's so simple to take care of my agenda.
And you don't learn that until clients start booking appointments, which is very frustrating.

Sometimes the app can be hard to navigate if you have several staff working at once on the same day.
The text and email automatic function is so nice for our customers. Different Scheduling types is very nice as wel.
The note taking option is limited and other staff cant do notes under there name without having it private. Notes can not be done from an iphone.

And it's been very easy when I've needed to get ahold of someone to get an answer I need. And there are a lot of resources for those that just prefer online resource of articles to troubleshoot. If you want to save time and be able to set up systems to manage your customers on a complex calendar, I'd highly recommend Peek PRO because it will save you time, and it's also increased my sales.
