It is just so fantastic, i love using the system as it looks really good. The customer service is amazing just simply the best nothing is ever to much trouble.
Things start to become somewhat disjointed and you can only truly get to grips with the system once you start using it properly. So here is my list of what I found rather problematic.
I love that Innstyle brings all my bookings from a variety of sources into one calendar. It is so easy to use and the team are really responsive and helpful at all times.
The reporting is very very basic and there is no simple way to calculate individual room type occupancy figures or year on year or where most of the visitors are coming from geographically.
Ease of use, intuitive, fast, loads of utility and constantly being improved. Help us always at hand and is fast, friendly and expertly given.
There is no real CRM system behind the scenes, you can't "e-mail" anyone from within the system only to send them a confirmation email.
