Small and medium-sized businesses that make deliveries, stops or pickups every day. Perfect for businesses with multiple drivers and routes.
Food & Beverage Makers, Florists, Wholesalers, Caterers, and Meal Delivery Companies. Metrobi is active in 22+ metropolitan areas across the US.
I love technology and started looking for a solution. Stumbling upon Routific was a godsend.
Not being able to force certain stops to start first (eg start downtown deliveries first to avoid bad afternoon traffic).
I researched several route planners and signed up for free trials with the 3 I liked most. Routific by far had the best functionality and ease of use.
This really should be a flat fee service I think. Feature-wise, my main complaint would be in regard to customer notifications--you can only choose SMS only or email only.
Customer service is responsive, the tool is overall excellent, and Routific has been a great and true partner for us.
The only issues we came across, were the occasions in which we had to stop what we were doing after the routes had been published and we're trying to dispatch the routes.
Customer support was fast, clear and helpful as I was testing and then implementing. And it turned out our volunteers love the app and having the route dispatched to their phone.
Without Routific, there is no way we could generate as many donations as we do because we could not get to as many people.
Metrobi representatives are excellent at ensuring the customers concerns are properly resolved. It feels like they work with us to guarantee success.
I find the Metrobi user interface slightly difficult to navigate when setting up recurring routes. Additionally, getting real time updates through the platform is slightly clunky.
Our overall experience with Metrobi has been fantastic. As a restaurant company, it has been so great to find a delivery service with reliable drivers, a communicative support team, and fair pricing.
If I had any complaint, it would be that every once in a while the website can be a bit buggy.
The developments to the platform have been great and the notifications are a bonus. The ability to manage in house and driver for hire is great.
We are working to integrate our work flow now but the problem is to have one platform for every task.
Metrobi helps simplify what can be an otherwise extremely complex and time-consuming task. Customer service, support and reliability are excellent.
The platform is a bit cumbersome with the new crm features. M not sure that it is relevant in any real capacity for us.
Ruben: My name is Ruben. I'm a coordinator at a non-profit. I give Routific five out of five stars, and for more reviews like this, click below. So I work for a non-profit, so money is always tight and I looked heavily for free route mapping software. I found lots in Europe, but nothing where the maps worked in North America, which was a drag. So we were doing lots with Google Maps. We were just doing heavy manual labor with Google Maps. I looked heavily at a paid competitor called Road Warrior, but settled on using Routific. We were using Google Maps and doing this all manually, but during the first COVID lockdown in 2020, Routific gave it software away to nonprofits that were doing food delivery work. And so we jumped on that. We had our deliveries quadrupled at one point, so we were just absolutely swamped with the amount of groceries we were delivering and the number of drivers we were trying to schedule. So Routific was giving their software away and we tried it and loved it and it made such a huge difference, even once the volume dropped back down that we stuck with it. I found it quite easy to get started with Routific. I think I probably asked questions in their chat help like two or three times, but it's quite straightforward. The design is very intuitive and pretty clear. There's a few things, like a few settings that I tweaked over time. You can tweak for driver speed and traffic settings and stuff like that, but it was really quite easy to get started with. And the thing I think it's important for other people to know is that I use Routific for this small non-profit program for two hours once a week, and we had a very quick startup with it. So if you're using it full-time for a really serious high volume job, you're going to figure it out super fast and get really into the details of it. There's a bunch of other staff in our organization that use it to the admin staff that actually plan the roots and whatnot. So all of us are just using it for fairly minor periods of time and we all found it quite easy to get started with. We also have a lot of volunteer drivers and for 10 years we've been just handing them printed maps and printed lists with addresses on them. None of them were real eager to switch to the app once that was an option, but we kind of kept offering it and once they did switch, now they love it and they don't want to switch back. The app, it's fantastic for the drivers to use. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know what considerations I would have. I've found it very effective and a pleasure to use. I've recommended it to lots of people that work in kind of similar program areas as I do, and I don't think there's a downside to trying it. If you are doing a lot of route mapping, it's really effective and easy to use. We really like it and we don't want to give it up now.
