I have nothing but good things to say about Pushpay. One of the best features of this app is the customization they allow when you use Pushpay as your host for your app.
When we left, they sat on our app for months and didn't move it to our accounts when asked. When we complained they blamed us until I showed them the emails where I asked.
The two things we like best about Pushpay is the end-user experience has been very easy and positive. We also opted into a deal where they created a mobile app for our church.
The one thing I dislike is we struggled to set up all our accounts for our missionaries under one banner. It took us a while to create that and took a lot of brainstorming with our person at pushpay.
There are a ton of features we haven't even used yet, so I'm excited to keep learning and taking advantage of all the great stuff Pushpay has to offer.
The Sales Rep tells us he spoke with his boss about our problems and that is a refund is not possible “so we are just going to start over.
My overall experience has been very good and I would definitely recommend the product. The only reason I did not score a 10 is because we are still in the implementations process.
The customer service was terrible. The promised mobile app was never developed.
Not only does it have the best aesthetics and options for design, it's seamless in its reporting and analytics.
Using OneCause - as an administrator or end user - is unintuitive. The design is poor and users receive unintelligible error messages.
Their customer service was good and the training was also good. I would recommend to someone needing a robust system.
Customer support the day of event was difficult to get in touch with which caused much anxiety.
We loved that we could stream our virtual event from the registration page. The ease of use in adding auction items was excellent.
Somewhat expensive and the customer service is somewhat weird.
The best asset that OneCause has is the people that work there. Every question is quickly answered, and the phone support staff seems genuinely excited about helping.
The cost makes us stop and consider alternative products every once in a while.
Steve: I'm Steve. I'm a Youth Pastor. I give Pushpay a five out of five rating. And form more reviews like this, click below. Pushpay helps us. Whenever we put on an event for which we need to charge attendance or tickets. For example, when we have a concert or a conference, we use push pay to help receive financial payments online through our website. No longer do we have to mess with checks and cash and figuring out who paid what. We can do with all through the ease of Pushpay. Probably the feature that I like most about Pushpay is how easily it integrates with our other software that we use to manage our church database called Church Community Builder. The two programs work so well together. And we also receive a ton of customer support whenever we encounter questions we don't understand. To be honest, there's nothing as of yet that I found about Pushpay that I do not like. It has met all of our needs and [inaudible 00:01:01].
Rachael: Hi, my name is Rachael. I'm the event fundraising manager for Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas, and I would rate OneCause at a level of five. I use OneCause for all of our internal fundraising needs. So everything from auctions to raffles, to live auctions, and just anything in between. My favorite thing about OneCause is that it's seamless. There are so many capabilities all in one program and it makes it very much a worry-free process for me. The only thing that I would change about OneCause is the descriptions underneath the reports that we pull so that we can pull the information that we're needing a lot faster.
