I love it , it is simple to use and does the big job in minutes. I love the the "automation" feature the most , it is a game changer.
There is nothing much to say bad about this software. Only this is most people are not aware of this platform.
I'd recommend, it is good for scheduling and pretty user friendly. The pricing is pretty reasonable for a smaller team to handle within their budget.
I don't like the ads and their placement. I dislike how difficult the interface can be if considering a very large number of possible dates or times, especially for first-time users.
It is a great tool to arrange appointments and gatherings, see who can come and when is the most useful time for such kind of events.
There could be a way to organize polls and mainly to dismiss unwanted or past polls that se no longer are attached to.
What I liked the most about this software is the variety of choices that I had to choose from in doodling. It was a great task to help pass the time.
I think it is a bummer that the connection with Google Calendar for instance is only in the premium version.
The video and sound quality are exceptionally good. I had to contact customer support on a few occasions and every time I was blown away by their responsiveness and willingness to help.
The team behind Vectera must have watched one too many episodes of Dexter, because they are on a murderous spree when it comes to killing off the big boys.
I must also highlight the great technical support service that are very receptive to solve doubts and take very into consideration the ideas of improvement of the application of their clients.
The main disadvantage is the capacity of users in a meeting room, it only allows a maximum of 6.
The possibilities are endless (uploading files, sharing screens, recording options, ...) and the quality is superb. A true must have for anyone who works professionally.
I shy away from software that provides poor support as I don't have time in my busy day to track down solutions to issues or search Google for answers on a bulletin board.
I love the fact that customers can book in themselves and that they don’t have to download or set up software. I also love the fact that this is their own consulting room with notes just for them.
Currently if I scroll up, my student will be 'forced' to scroll up as well. I cannot mark while they are doing the next question.
Justin: Hi, my name is Justin. I'm an English language arts teacher and a technology coach. I'm at a middle school of about 150 students, and I give Doodle a four star rating. Before Doodle, if we needed to schedule anything, it was constant emails back and forth, and people not paying attention to dates and times, and it took forever. Doodle really gives us the ability to schedule easily without the hassle of lots of emails back and forth. Doodle is nice because it's pretty simple to use. I can teach other teachers how to use it. Setup is easy and it really just gives us the flexibility and features that we need for simple scheduling. Doodle's pretty easy. There are a lot of ads and distractions on the page at times, so it can be a little hard to find what you need. But for the most part, I'd say it's very user-friendly, easy to teach people how to use, easy to set up and easy to get the information back that you need. I would recommend trying Doodle if you're having trouble scheduling. If you're like me, where you had emails slinging back and forth about what times people are available, it just really streamlines that process in a way that's simple, fast, and efficient.
Josh C.: I'm Josh. I am a web designer with J&M Web Creations. I build websites, do SEO, all kinds of digital marketing. And I would give Vectera a five out of five. I use Vectera for essentially all my one-on-one meetings with clients. If there's a couple people that need to be in the meeting, it works extremely well for that. It allows for me to have continuous meeting rooms that are saved after we close the meeting room, and links that are easily gone back to URLs that I can name, instead of just like some of the other products that have just random numbers after them. The thing I like most about Vectera is the continuous rooms, that you can keep going as long as you want. You can delete them, add new ones. You can name the rooms after whatever client you're working with, so it's easy for them to remember the link. And it keeps it easy to keep things all in one place. They can add chats that can be saved, they can add their different documents to it. And everything is saved in there for a later date if you have other meetings with these clients. There are a couple small things that I dislike, though, I can use other programs for with this, with Vectera. The couple of things that I dislike are the max amount of people in your room is only 10, though that's very, very uncommon that I have that. There are some reasons that I may want to in the future. But it doesn't allow over 10. The other thing that some of the others have that they have not implemented though they've talked about it, is call in with your phone for audio. So there are some clients who don't really know how to do the audio thing, or they have a computer with a camera, but for some reason don't have audio. You can't call to the phone number and do audio through that.
