Overall, a great experience with Visual Planning. From implementation, to customization, training, support - it's all great and the platform helps us run much more efficiently than we were previously.

Visual Planning is a perfect project management platform which helps to improve collaboration.
Initial setup and customization require a bit of time and effort which can be a hurdle for small businesses or teams with limited resources.

It isn't a 2 minute setup, which won't work too well for small businesses, as it front loads some of the costs.
The App is great in that you can do all of your daily updates/paperwork off of your phone if you wanted to. I would recommend this to any of my clients to manage their construction department.
The main complaint would be with the scheduling feature. It's confusing and hard to use.
I like the reports that I can get from it. Kaely Culbertson has been a great help and resource.
The restriction on which browser can be used on uploads is a bit of an issue.
I have been using Projectmates for about a year now and my experience has been generally positive. Additionally, their staff does a great job providing high quality service for their customers.
The cost to use the system for all users hurt this adoption.

The project was delayed so the license expired prior to the project finishing.
