I found out about Reward Gateway at the SHRM National Convention in the vendor hall, and I thought that it was a very well-thought-out and easy reward system and would really work out for our organization. We chose Reward Gateway because of their customer service model. We also chose them because of their selection of rewards offered, and we chose them because they could integrate with our HRIS, as well as we could do our own swag store with them. Getting started with reward Gateway was very easy. We pretty much only had to have an Excel spreadsheet and upload that, and they did everything on the backend, so it was a very easy lift on our end. The advice I would give is to make sure you understand how the invoicing system works versus giving out rewards so that you don't run out of money before you're invoiced.
