Every time I contact the support team they have been helpful, supportive and encouraging and have always resolved my query.

Easy to use with the most amazing and responsive helpdesk and customer service. I enquired about a report update and it was done immediately.
This can be quite troublesome if you notice a simple mistake moments after you've already published a document or test.
