Difficult to use, difficult to learn, terrible customer support, very little training or assistance with set-up. Lots of reports, however, most of them are pretty useless.
It is very reliable and the customer service is excellent. I use the cloud version with online booking being one of the many benefits.
What I am most upset about was them turning off my program when I tried to call not once but twice to make a payment with them.

They billed me on the third of this month and then again on the 11th for $29. They also charged me $29 for messaging which I opted out of when I first got the app but they charged me anyway.
