The prices of the sms compared to other services can be a bit high. Additionally I have had problems to reach all operators, apparently it is a problem with the number portability of this country.
We have been using TextMagic for over a year now and we love the simplicity of use, detailed reporting, and great price.
Depending on the volume of texts that need to be send out ,TextMagic can also be costly.

We text customers if we have a mobile no. (with delivery info). Means no chance of our delivery instructions going to Spam.

If I get a text that says "STOP" from the person sending it, then I don't need an email telling me that they sent a message saying STOP. It's redundant & unnecessary.

I use TextMagic on a day-to-day basis to communicate with clients, with folks on my mailing list who have asked to have that daily communication. The thing I like most about TextMagic is that the price is pretty good for what it offers you and... I guess I have two things that I like most, is that it helps you... It has a little mechanism within it that can help you rephrase the text to get it within the amount of characters that you can reasonably send. The one thing that I wish were a little bit better with TextMagic is I wish it were easier to... If multiple folks are using the same app to log in and out of different users using our same company, but a different user. That's a tiny little bit clunky.
Laurence: I am Laurence, a marriage and family therapist, and I give Timely a four. I have been using an EHR company and time management company called Simply Practice, but did not feel it was comprehensive enough or reliable. What I've heard from colleagues, other psychologists and psychiatrists and social workers, that Timely was a very reliable application to help them with managing their practices when it came to certainly appointments, and really defining out their calendars for the short term and the long term as well. I'm in the honeymoon stage right now with Timely, but so far I find the clinical support has been excellent, the ease of operation has been very successful, and I'm learning more applications week by week with my relationship with Timely. I think if a colleague or somebody I know is interested in acquiring Timely for the business, I would talk with other clients of Timely. At the same time, I would schedule meaningful demonstration sessions so you can see the application in its full scope.
