Really love the ease and reliability of TIC to track all of our visitors. Appreciate the way we are able to personalize the scripts for our community.
Also, there is a fatal flaw in the system. People can fill out the digital card and never put their name.
I love the Text in church system. I like this system for so many reasons some including it's ease of use and it's ability to help us automate our assimilation system.
Dashboard is not organized well and is confusing.
It's the best investment we've made for our church and it continues to grow and improve providing the best features you could ask for.
Need more time one on one with experts to capitalize on features. Too many different reps bombarding me; couldn’t keep it all straight and may have lost the features/capabilities because of that.
What I like most is the ability to send out mass texts to our congregation and their ability to respond.
Inability to use short code when choosing sending number.
With a bit a creativity and some graphic knowledge, you can make an amazing app using Subsplash! the creative control I have over our app is great, and our possibilities are endless.
Some of the connectivity to other companies we use can be frustrating.
Subsplash provides great visual design and lots of customization. The user interface is easy to use, attractive, and perfect for allowing our organization to put our information out there.
To much link building and linking necessary. Having to build one thing in one place only to attach it elsewhere and not having a simple way was obnoxious.
We appreciate the ease of use, not only with administration, but with donors. We also felt it was a good value as far as pricing.
It only provides a daily calendar and does not give you the option to view weekly or monthly. Obviously, it makes scrolling down a month or two in advance difficult.
Their customer service is amazing and they are never too busy to work with you. All in all, they are the best technology company we have ever worked with in my 20+ years in ministry.
I still have no other persons familiar enough with the app's dashboard to do what I do.
Eric: My name is Eric. I'm a pastor of a local church and I give Text in Church a five, and for more reviews like this, click below. In considering Text in Church, we didn't really look at any other products prior to it, but the reason we came to consider Text in Church was the need to be able to communicate with people very quickly and get a short message out, and so that began a discussion about why we would need a tool like Text in Church. So we chose Text in Church because of the ability to send out a quick burst in a text form to everyone in our congregation. Also to be able to communicate with them clearly and quickly, and so that's why we chose that. The process of actually setting up Text in Church was a little bit challenging, but with the help of the customer service and getting things taken care of, the original setting up the account after working with them was pretty straightforward. And so it made that process of getting it originally set up pain free after that time. If you're considering Text in Church, it is a very good option I think for the price of the product, the usability, the ability to allow multiple people to send out texts from that one location and the quickness of, I think its customer service as well as its stability of the product are reasons why we chose Text in Church.
Speaker 1: I'm Daniel, and I'm the director of communications. I give Subsplash five out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click below. We were considering Subsplash, we looked at a few different product options. One of those was Pushpay which also includes giving but has their own mobile app. We looked at a few other providers, and really what we needed in the moment was something that was very user friendly, that multiple users could use. Something that was very drag and drop but also customizable. So a lot of the other software we looked at customizable, but very hard to navigate as a new user, hard to train people on. So we really needed to find something that anybody could learn very quickly. Something that was more intuitive and something that had a really nice user interface. And so that's why we wound up going with Subsplash. I chose Subsplash because when I looked at the user interface. It was nice and clean and easy to navigate. I could find the options that I needed, and when I clicked on those options I was able to do whatever I needed to do easily. Lots of drag and drop, which is huge for somebody to be able to learn and navigate easily. I could move things up and down in the app so that our congregation could find the things easily. And if there was something important, I could put that up top priority. So I was able to drag and drop things around, find what I needed. Then when it came to customizing I was able to make the graphics in the right sizes and add those quickly so that the look and feel of the app matched our graphics when somebody walked into the building. So there was a consistency along our brand, our message series, all of the things we were announcing. So people could connect our app to what they saw in person when they walked in the doors. So when it came time to get started with the app and onboard and really start building the initial app, Subsplash was incredible in helping us get started. Lots of tutorials, and chatting with them. Then we they gave me all the resources I needed, I went for it. I started building graphics and loading in content, and I was able to do that quickly and get the app up and running in a very short time. So I was able to get started with Subsplash, get trained, and then launch in a very relatively short window so that our congregation got the app in their hands as quickly as possible. The money and time involved with making a custom church app from the ground up is inaccessible to most churches, small or large. And so Subsplash gives you something that's prepacked that you can take and customize yourself, make it your own, add things, take away things. Design it for your people, add the graphics you need. So I can't recommend Subsplash enough for ease of use, for getting you started, for getting engagement of your people, how they can download something and be connected to your church so quickly, so instantly. You can change things and add things in a split second for them to see, and it's live real time so they see those changes immediately. So I can't recommend Subsplash enough because it's a great way to keep your congregation connected, keep people informed, and get them involved in what's going on in your church.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
