I would recommend this program to any one who needs a great, easy way to keep up with the people in their ministry and church. I highly recommend getting the book (if you are a visual person).
I understand that whoever is going to respond to this complaint had absolutely nothing to do with initiating this policy. I do feel sorry for them, however, in having to defend such a horrible policy.

Just got with Stacey at the help desk and she was wonderful both in terms of her help and her courteousness and friendliness. She was able to get me up and running quickly.
The help-desk is subscription based and there is no access to the knowledgebase forum if you are not subscribed. This is disappointing as there could be value in users helping each other.
Really love the ease and reliability of TIC to track all of our visitors. Appreciate the way we are able to personalize the scripts for our community.
Also, there is a fatal flaw in the system. People can fill out the digital card and never put their name.
I love the Text in church system. I like this system for so many reasons some including it's ease of use and it's ability to help us automate our assimilation system.
Dashboard is not organized well and is confusing.
It's the best investment we've made for our church and it continues to grow and improve providing the best features you could ask for.
Need more time one on one with experts to capitalize on features. Too many different reps bombarding me; couldn’t keep it all straight and may have lost the features/capabilities because of that.

In considering Text in Church, we didn't really look at any other products prior to it, but the reason we came to consider Text in Church was the need to be able to communicate with people very quickly and get a short message out, and so that began a discussion about why we would need a tool like Text in Church. So we chose Text in Church because of the ability to send out a quick burst in a text form to everyone in our congregation. Also to be able to communicate with them clearly and quickly, and so that's why we chose that. The process of actually setting up Text in Church was a little bit challenging, but with the help of the customer service and getting things taken care of, the original setting up the account after working with them was pretty straightforward. And so it made that process of getting it originally set up pain free after that time. If you're considering Text in Church, it is a very good option I think for the price of the product, the usability, the ability to allow multiple people to send out texts from that one location and the quickness of, I think its customer service as well as its stability of the product are reasons why we chose Text in Church.
