There is no such thing to dislike, the software operates as it is supposed to work/operate.

The best part of the POSIST is, it is user-friendly and helps us manage the Restaurant operations. Also, customer support is very responsive and provides quick resolution.

Customer Service is available on-call, but the delivery is ZERO. Most modules come at additional costs, which makes this software expensive, yet in-effective.

Thanks to your efforts, our outlets are now equipped with a reliable and user-friendly billing system that has greatly improved our operational efficiency.

The integration with Swiggy and Zomato is extremely painful with POS system as the system face consistent issues with menu updates and crashes from time to time.

Team is very happy with the POS and also very happy our management because they have live report for all the stores in their mobile phones.

Can't say there is any feature to be disliked. Everything that is present in the system works without any problem.

I found it very user friendly and it’s extended features are very useful and gives you control over your offerings it’s a great system.

There were a few errors initially that should have been amended before we went live.

The system not permitting me to do partial refunds is a bit of problem. And not being able to sanction all promotions had proven to be different.

Good for building customer's loyalty to the business. If you actually convince customer to download the app...it makes a good tool then.

Lack of reporting, perhaps being able to categorise so that they can report under different tax brackets.

The simplicity and ease of use is of the ordering system is by far the best I've seen, and I've worked with many different providers. The customer service is next to none;fast, friendly, and reliable.

No count system as of yet (was told that it was in the works).
