Kayla: Hi, my name's Kayla. I'm an Administrative Assistant II. I give appointlet a four out of five. And for more reviews like this, you can click below. One other software that we considered for our business was AppointmentQuest. We stopped using it because it was pretty clunky in terms of the user interface, the admin interface, the student facing interface. It was just really clunky for our needs. It offered a lot of features, but we found that we didn't use them quite as much. And the cost really became an issue in the long run with AppointmentQuest. The reason why I chose appointlet really was the customer service. They have unparalleled customer service. Every time I needed to get ahold of them for anything, even if it was a small, silly question, they were available. They're on a different time zone as me so that got to be a little tricky, but they were, as soon as I expected them to be available, they were there with an email or a live chat in order to get me what I needed. Onboarding was really quick and easy. As a busy admin, that was really important to me because my time is short often. And so getting it up and rolling was really important to us. It's easily customizable. It's got a clean look from every side. It looks really good on our website and makes us look streamlined and up to date. It was easy to manage multiple calendars and different services and customize all of that. And there were a lot of great price breaks. We got a price break for being an educational institution. And I know that there are others. So they'll really work with you to make it work with your budget and make sure that it's something that's really going to work for your business. Getting started with appointlet was so quick and easy. From the get go, I contacted customer service and they were there on a live chat for me. I told them exactly what I was trying to do and that I was short on time and they managed to go in the back end and actually set up a lot of what I needed for me. That was a huge time saver. They were able to go in and do that once we already had it set up as well in order to help me out. So really it took, I want to say about a day to get it onboarded and ready to go in terms of getting appointments accepted. Anyone considering appointlet should really just go to the website and get on a live chat with their customer service folks. It's easy to get a conversation started. Let them know exactly what you're looking for or vaguely what you're looking for. And they can really show you what appointlet can do for you rather than you having to scope out all of the features and see how it would work. So that is a really important part of choosing appointlet for me. And it probably will be for you as well.

Jose: My name is Jose. I'm an inside salesman for a top industrial distributor company for any sort of industrial parts, and I would rate Zoom Workplace five out of five. Besides Zoom Workplace, I don't think I've ever really used any other one. I've used FaceTime, Skype, but doesn't really compare to the capabilities Zoom Workplace has. The reason why we choose to stick with Zoom Workplace, it makes it really easy to do remote work. So just recently, we've implemented remote work and it just makes it really easy to communicate. You can mute people, you can type in the chat. Let's say you're on the go, you don't have to really be on the camera and you can even access it on your phone. So it just makes it really easy to communicate with the team and then just do remote work. I think it's really easy to get started with Zoom Workplace. You don't even really need an account to use it. It makes it easier to be able to log in and start meetings for next time, but if you want to make an account, you can make an account. You could start meetings. You could join meetings just based on a link. Pretty easy. Everything's there. You could just put help or it tells you whatever you need. And then it's just really easy. For anybody that's starting Zoom Workplace, I would recommend making an account with them just because it makes it easier for sometimes when you get sent a meeting and you don't have an account, you have to sign in again and again, or you have to join as a guest. And sometimes people don't know who you are, so they won't admit you into the meeting. If it just says, "Guest," nobody's going to admit somebody that says, "Guest," but if you put your name, make an account, then they know who you are and it makes it easier to access meetings. And then I would also recommend, basically, yeah, just make an account and then start meetings by yourself too. You can start meetings with friends. It doesn't really have to be for work, but with Zoom Workplace, it's great for work.
