It is an easy way to store files and documents and have them organized. It is also super useful you can then access everything you upload from any other device or share them with someone else.

Sometimes there are errors in synchronizing files. With poor internet its difficult for all the files to be uploaded.
What i most like about this software is the abilities it provide to make a good text styles and the very good options it provide.
Even though this has a recovery method, the unsaved information can be lost due to unexpected shutdowns.
Actually i use this for most of my documentations. The best of quality of this is its user friendliness its easy to work and easy to learn.
For example, while writing your thesis, which is very long, you may have a lot of problems in the beaking section, preparation of the list, etc.
The application is a good word processing platform to perform our documentations and assignments, really good user friendly application.
Because of its lots of features , I wasn't able to test some for I'm afraid of where would this button would go but there's no harm in trying.
I use Smart Docs for everything. I love the simplicity it has and the ease of access.
It can be difficult to format, especially when you want to import photos. Also difficult to create columns.
Allison B.: Hi, my name is Allison. I am a litigation paralegal, and on a scale of one to five, I give Dropbox a five. Currently, we use Dropbox to actually communicate with other attorneys, courts. We store our files there, and it's very, very time management, and it's great so that we can literally assign clients their Dropbox. They can go in and they can insert pictures or whatever they need to put in those spots also. So we basically use it as a tool for our case management. What I like most is that I can use it here at the office or if I'm at home. Let's say I'm on vacation, I'm never without it. I'm always able to access it and get the information. It's not like just, okay, if you save something on your desktop or on your normal computer, you go out of town, client call, you have no access, you have to call into the office. But with Dropbox, you always have that information, so I like the flexibility. Well our firm is pretty large. We have about anywhere from 15 to 20. We do way over $1 million in revenue a year, so I haven't had a problem where anything gets stuck, anything get lost, or I get to a place or go somewhere where I'm not able to access Dropbox. So right now I'm fine with it.

Previously, we were using Microsoft 2016 and it just wasn't keeping up-to-date with the industry and everything else that we needed and all the options that it brought forward to switch. It was game changing for us. It was amazing. Onboarding and integrating this into our system, it was really simple. Our biggest challenge was just that our users didn't want to change, but then literally the next day they were like, "Why didn't we do this sooner?" So it was great. If you are considering SmartDocs, I would definitely say go for it. There's nothing to consider. It is absolutely amazing. Everyone can contribute, especially with how things are currently. You don't have to be in the same office and it is just amazing.
