The software is user friendly with a lot of capabilities (accounting, back office, reporting, ....etc.) and the most important is that the after sales maintenance, services and support is excellent.
Sometimes in the back end, when u open a window, it pops up and closes and you have to reopen it again. Not sure why this happenns but its annoying and time wasting.
What i like the most about Bimpos is the ease of use. Its so user friendly not complicated with many helpful statistics.
It is very hard to answer this Question. Maybe more features can be added.
Easy to program and create new items. Enjoying the options like differents categories, stock and changing the colors to be more efficient and nice.
They have more than 1000 reports which make it confusing to know which report you might want. They always have new updates so training of staff is always required for new updates sometimes.
These people r really hard workers and really doing a great job with a great follow up. Few people can do that; I am extremely satisfied with their outcome.
No comment, It has all what we need in our business as automatic operations and reports and all financial data required.
Our staff caught on quickly to the program and are loving the handhelds. This was a win win for us.
Maybe just the split tickets is a little confusing.

I emailed back and never got a response from Candice. I called back and several times an still have yet to receive the label that's been requested since May and they refuse to refund my money.

If the modifiers are not done correctly from the beginning it is difficult to adjust them to the need of the item.
Love SkyTab POS and the sales and implementation teams were amazing. Quick to answer questions and so helpful.
It has been very difficult getting all of the various modifiers correct so that all of the options are readily available for servers to enter orders.
