ProPresenter is designed for productions of all sizes which enables users to show videos, lyrics, and graphics making it easy to create high-quality live events.
This has been a great mobile platform to connect to our CHMS. Also like that development of new additions has been consistent to improve the platform.
There was no documentation or coaching in the implementation phase. We work with volunteers who have limited time (and limited experience) to devote to this.
Ease of use and flexibility of the platform is very pleasant. I love that the design is simple and does not take much for design.
The accessibility and functionality is lacking in almost every aspect. Technical support was quite miserable too.
My experience has been great. The overall product is amazing and the customer service is top notch.
I can’t say there is anything I dislike about the software.
The ability to engage our people and provide great use for them. The ease of setting up the app, and the ability to customize it.
However, you were quick to respond in fixing those problems.
What I like best about pro presenter is that the company is constantly improving and updating their product.
We have implemented this software with a team primarily made up of volunteers, and it is a struggle at times for them to troubleshoot issues that arise beyond basic problems.
The live steaming of the app is so good that i will count it at the top in the things that i liked the most. The church management is very easy with propresentor.
If I had to pick anything to dislike about this software, it would have to be license restrictions.
I like the ease of use and visual cues. I also like how you can set up how you like and it customized for your needs.
I'm disappointed, and am testing other software to potentially replace ProPresenter at our Church.
I love how easy it is to set up and hand off to a volunteer to operate. The best part about propresenter is how easy it is to use, but how flexible the software is.
If your graphic is too large, it doesn't always display as a thumbnail and takes an extra second or two to fire.
Brian P.: Hi, my name is Brian. I am a lead evangelist and I give Aware 3 a rating of five out of five. For more reviews like this, click down below. Before using Aware 3, we were using a hodgepodge of different ways to communicate with our members. What we found was that we wanted to have everything contained into one software package, and so Aware 3 offered us the ability to not only connect with our members, but also to be able to collect finances or contributions from our members as well. When we researched different ops software packages, the thing that attracted us, the two big things that attracted us to Aware 3, number one was the financial piece. We saw that although it wasn't maybe the cheapest option, from a financial point of view, it gave us a lot of security and the point of revenue service was actually really, really good. We also liked the fact that with Aware 3, we were able to have a seamless app that we could distribute to our members. Those two pieces really helped win over the other options that were available to us. We found that getting Aware 3 to all of our members was not super difficult, but initially we had the challenge of getting everyone to using the app, to knowing how to download it and to operate it. But we got a chance to talk to all our members, teach them how to use it, and it was very simple afterwards. So what I would say was that it was a little bit upfront a little bit of a challenge, but afterwards it was very seamless for people to operate. My recommendation for anyone else who's in the market for Aware 3 is twofold. I think first, we had a dedicated IT person that was able to work with Aware 3 to be able to build out a software that was helpful for us. Then also, I think it's very important that you explain to people upfront all the great features so that you can maximize all that you get out of the software.
Daniel J.: Hi, my name's Daniel. I'm at South County Bible Church. I'm the Associate Pastor here. We've been using ProPresenter for about 10 years, and I'll give it four out of five stars. We use ProPresenter every week, although not on a day-to-day basis. We use it for projecting lyrics and video content in our sanctuary on Sunday mornings. We also use it for rehearsals, but that's just for preparing for that Sunday service. What we like most about ProPresenter is that it just works for the most part. You can import all kinds of different content. It connects to a lot of the different services like SongSelect and other places that you can subscribe to that'll help you create your slides easier. It seems like no matter what kind of file I throw at it, ProPresenter can read it. In the last couple of years as the new versions of ProPresenter have come out, they've switched to a subscription base. The good thing about that is that they do seem to have a lot of new content and a lot of new features as time has gone on, and it works for the most part. They do seem to release updates so quickly that sometimes I feel like they aren't completely bug tested because we've had to, probably three times in the last year, we've had to roll back to a previous version because the new stuff they've added doesn't work right away. We've had to implement a test and see rather than just update. To be honest, the cost every year to subscribe is pretty prohibitive. Thankfully, our church is financially able to do that, but it used to be you'd buy it and it would just work for three or four years and then you'd buy the new version, so paying every year is a little bit of a burden.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
