We use Qwilr to produce proposals, it allows us to create visually beautiful proposals that has constantly gained a good impression with customers.
It was a little confusing when setting it up with hubspot on how you cannot CLONE one template because then it will not show up in hubspot.
Having a customized proposal helped me win a new client. I am very impressed with how user friendly it is.
There are some limitations to content blocks that I'm trying to work through but thats it.
My clients are impressed by how professional and branded the proposals are, and I like having them all saved online - rather than keeping track of endless versions.
It can be a little difficult when arranging things within a section.
The main benefit I get from Qwilr is that I can put together a beautiful proposal really quickly and know that it will look amazing to my clients. I also love the analytics and the integrations.
No updates for the past few years probably. They have three different options of font customization and five different colors - that's it.
The product is easy to use, and is visually exciting. Sellers love it, and we love using it.
Can be glitchy and frustrating at times with the pricefinder integration. Does not find all comparable properties easily.
I love the layout, the block type setup for templates, and the ease of viewing. The tracking part of the system is great.
That the older generation is a little confused on the technology.
Courtney has been amazing with our onboarding, could recommend her enough.
Sometimes fail to integrate with other propducts.
Staff have been extremely helpful with our sign-up and onboarding. The agents love how quick and easy a price update is.
Feeds from Pricefinder - seems to miss a lot of relevant listings - both with past sales and current listings.
Tommy: Hi, my name's Tommy. I'm a film director and I give Qwilr a four out of five star rating. For more reviews like this, click below. So previously to using Qwilr I would actually make all my documents from scratch, either using a Google Doc or Microsoft Word, sometimes even Pages. Qwilr really just came in and made the thing a breeze. I chose Qwilr because they made the process of creating documents, proposals, templates, things that I'm always sending out, and I chose them because they made the process seamless, very streamlined. They have great templates to start from. It really just made my workflow a lot easier using these templates and being able to customize them to my own branding, and I really utilized just the technology to send out proposals in a much easier way and a much more clean looking way too. I can't explain enough how many times I've gotten compliments on my proposals just based off the way they look using Qwilr, so definitely, yeah. Getting started with Qwilr was actually really simple. It was awesome to be able to talk to someone on their support team and just walk me through some of the questions I had. They were super communicative, very responsive, and it was a breeze that was actually really cool because one of the team members at Qwilr was able to tailor a package for me based on my business needs. It was really nice to be able to have that kind of experience and support, especially when you're looking at an investment into your own business and software that's going to help you maximize your productivity. Qwilr has helped me a lot in my process, just in streamlining my functionality data to data workflows. I think Qwilr would be really good for someone who is looking to really streamline their workflow with sending out documents, proposals, pitches, update DeX. Things like that are always happening and I think now my advice would just to be to get with the new wave of technology of sending out these really nice propose documents. It really just adds a polish to the business, to the branding. And I would definitely recommend any one who's thinking about using Qwilr, checking it out, using their services to keep in mind that presentation is everything and Qwilr does a really good job of allowing you to present your best work in a really, really easy way for people to view both actually on all platforms. Really easy to view on all platforms, mobile, web, tablet. So I would just really say that advice to keep in mind if you're someone who really loves the details in their business, and their branding and the way they present themselves, Qwilr is definitely a good fit for you.
